An international HR professional with over 25 years corporate experience,
Ila Gandhi specializes in change leadership, organizational development,
talent management, cultural integration and process facilitation.
Ila recently retired from Delta Air Lines where she held a series
of Marketing, Sales and Human Resource leadership positions.
Throughout her career with Delta and several other international
airlines, Ila has distinguished herself as a creative and insightful
Human Resource professional, demonstrating her strong business acumen
in a variety of Marketing, Sales and HR leadership roles.
In recent years Ila has been responsible for leading a team of HR
professionals across multiple geographies. Under her leadership,
Delta Air Lines successfully implemented new integrated staffing
models embracing 53 countries to support Delta’s significant
international expansion; negotiated successful labor agreements in
India, Germany, France, Italy, Mexico and Spain; and transitioned
to a new joint venture employment model in partnership with a local
company in India.
Ila is passionate about building global capability and bringing
a global perspective into the business. She is best working with
teams that know no boundaries.
Ila received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of
Mumbai, and is a member of the International Society for HR Management
and the American Society for Training and Development.
