Karen combines her practical experience
as an operating executive with her knowledge of group processes to
help her clients become winners in their own competitive environments.
Her consulting experience includes a wide range of services including
change management, collaborative problem solving, executive coaching,
process consultation, and strategy development. Karen's clients include:
Otis Elevator, Brown-Forman Beverages, General Electric, Aegon, Leadership
Louisville, Louisville Gas & Electric, and International Multifoods.
Before consulting independently, Karen worked at General Electric
for twelve years as a sales and marketing executive. Her work included
managing a $300 million sales region, spending extensive time working
in the Far East as a member of the team that moved a $400 million
business to offshore manufacturing, and serving as marketing manager
for a $3 billion business. She also facilitated GE's WorkOut process
and managed a process improvement initiative that reduced the new
product development cycle time by 50 percent.
Karen received her Bachelors Degree and her Masters of Business Administration
from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
