Laura is the founder and President of
The Learning Point, Inc., a firm specializing in helping businesses
unlock the teamwork, creativity,
and knowledge of their workforces to obtain superior performance. Laura
established The Learning Point after almost 15 years of corporate human
resources experience with General Electric, Bank of America, and Delta
Air Lines.
As an organization consultant, trainer, and facilitator, Laura combines
strong business acumen with expertise in group process design to support
organizations as they plan strategy, confront problems, and manage
change. She has a broad range of experience working with clients in
sales, service, operations, and staff organizations in the US as well
as countries throughout Asia and Europe.
Laura has designed and led executive development workshops for several
Fortune 50 businesses, using her master-level facilitation skills to
create meaningful learning experiences that drive business results.
Laura received her Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Masters in Business Administration
from Vanderbilt University. She is a graduate of the Executive Program
at Thunderbird University. |
