Shannon combines a solid background in
marketing communications with practical process improvement experience
to help teams deliver improved business performance.
As an internal change management consultant with Delta Airlines Shannon
designed and delivered interventions that fostered dialogue between
individuals and groups, integration across divisions, and acceptance
to change. In addition, she assisted with the development and introduction
of a corporate change model and related executive training to help
Delta’s leaders create and sustain change.
An experienced performance coach and process facilitator, Shannon
brings to any organization a broad array of communications and change
consulting tools including large group interventions, leader assimilations,
strategy sessions, stakeholder communication planning and development,
leadership development, work process re-design, and team building.
Shannon received her Bachelors Degree in Journalism from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Masters in Business Administration
from the University of Georgia. |
